The Challenge

How to launch in Australia, NZ - and 9 other APAC markets in quick succession - inside three months.

The Solution

  1. To get the brand strategy right first; we crafted a powerful new positioning as the super-premium, 'boutique restaurant' of pet food - in stark contrast to the mass-produced, 'fast food' offerings of our Big Pet Food' competitors.

  2. To enable fast international growth we crafted a simple, 'full-funnel' digital and social marketing platform that could be easily configured for each market - but still retain consistency, and quality of message. This also provided a clear apples-with-apples ROI language to allow us to track our success in a fast-moving and culturally diverse business environment.
